Truck Rest Area Vacancy Information System Survey
http://goo.gl/fIlCbg
The Truck Rest Area Vacancy Information System (TRAVIS) Survey is now available to complete. This survey will help VicRoads in their endeavour to reduce accidents in the section of the Hume Freeway between Wodonga and Benella. VicRoads is interested in installing a system that will inform drivers about the vacancy information for upcoming rest areas. This system coupled with increased truck parking bays will hopefully reduce the large amount of casualty crashes that are caused by Heavy-vehicle driver fatigue.
