Reduce Common NonCompliances – Have a Systematic Assessment Validation Approach that Works
http://goo.gl/k7wGnn
How can having a systematic assessment validation approach help to ensure that your RTO is compliant? This blog post states the common non-compliances of RTO’s (sourced from ASQA) and explores how a systematic validation process will eradicate most of these. Whilst this seems great in theory; a lot of RTOs simply aren’t completing their validation process because of barriers such as:

  • Not enough time allocated to teachers for validation.
  • Poor processes, policies, procedures and templates.
  • Lack of management support.
  • General staff resistance,
  • Lack of expertise or skills in validation.

This blog post explores possible solutions to each of these barriers.
